Wiring switches for Back-UP and Saftey Start

I used the B@M Pro Ratchet shifer.. which comes with two micro switches.
The bottom one on the shifter is the Safety Switch for starting the car.. To connect it you''have to run to wires from the drivers side inner fender near the starter relay. One wire on the black/white wire and the other on the black/yellow wire, Both wires will be rounted under the dash to your shifter. Next, is the reverse/back-up light switch ( the one on the top). To wire this you'll need to tap into the TCU harness pins #9 for power and pin #20 reverse/back-up. Again run these wires from the tcu harness to the console to the shifter and connect.
When you have both micro switches wired you'll then have to adjustment the switch. They both are held onto the shifter by two 2mm screws and nuts. All you have to do here is adjust the position until the back-up lights come on when you put the shifter in Reverse and the car starts when you put it in Neutral or Park.

Adjusting linkage:
Another shift linkage arm has to be installed on the outside and inside of the transmission.  Next bolt the shifter cable mounting plate to the bottom of the transmission pan, next adjust the cable out to reach the shfter arm. Insert the cable end into the arm.. You'll have to make sure the shifter shifts without binding. After that you'll put the shifter in Neutral or Park and start it up .. Paying close attention hear to any noises, this could be because the transmission is not completely in gear. When you've established that you'll next test the shifter for the gears.. You should have at a minimum the back wheels off the ground and the front too.
Go thru the gears checking for binding and noises or not going completely into a gear.
When that's done .. take her for a ride... !!!

This reverse manual valve body is for the Nissan 300zx along with the 240SX 300zx NA and Skyline AWD.
